Disgusting service from the Courier Guy

2nd day in a row that my parcel is ‘out for delivery’ and ‘work being closed’ when there are security guards on premises and willing to accept parcels 24/7! Taking 5 days instead of 3 to deliver a parcel from Joburg is shocking!!! No attempt was made to contact me by the driver as well. Incredible how one driver can change your whole perspective of a business. Surely you prioritise my order the next morning after a failed delivery attempt. Disgusting service!
