Disgusting service from the courier guy

I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive from capetown since Monday. It’s now Thursday. No one can tell me where my parcel is as the truck it was on already arrived. The staff in customer service are *********** and very rude and are actually not interested in assisting you at all. I have had multiple staff members tell me they are going to follow up and phone me straight away. No one phones and yet still no one is able to tell me where my parcel is
