Disgusting service

I pudo locker a parcel on 27 November. Client still has not received it. First they said the Pod I received is for another parcel that was delivered at an empty lot but it's still at the warehouse. Then they said the parcel was delivered again. No parcel at the client. It was delivered at an empty lot. I have now two people on this, apparently doing a national floor search. No one is coming back to me. I get stalled with empty promises. No one calls back. My parcel is lost due to their negligence. Keep asking me for proof of what the parcel contains and what it looked like. I have sent them the proof twice. Still nothing. As a small business owner, this damages my reputation and financial loss, as the content of the parcel is quite expensive. Poor and ********** service.
