Disgusting Service by The Courier guy when Black Friday and Christmas Approaches

My Company shipped an overnight parcel with the Courier Guy from Sandton with 45 items on 14/11/2022 to Takealot's JHB Distribution Centre, shipment was supposed to have been there on 17/11/2022. They missed the delivery slot and deadline resulting in 31 Orders to be cancelled and penalties imposed to my company on 31 orders by Takealot, further, the whereabouts of this shipment is now unknown. Potential damages >R 50 000.00
