Disgusting service by The Courier Guy

My parcel was sent overnight from Pmb at 9am. Nothing received on Saturday.

Struggled to call & wattsapp. Phones not answered. Nomsa on wattsapp had no idea where the package was & had very little knowledge. I had more info than she had.

The best is today the parcel was out for delivery & delivered tk a complete stranger God knows where.

& the dilemma of unanswered calls & wattsapp message continue from 9am.
