DISGUSTING SERVICE and OVERCHARGING

Courier Guy alters your package dimensions and weight without prior notice. they charge a lot extra on packages that are out on measurements by 1-2cm and once you contact their staff, they treat you like they do not care at all. Terrible service from accounts department. Call Centre staff was at least relatively friendly and helpful. STAY AWAY FROM COURIER GUY!!
