DISGUSTING SERVICE AND NO ****S GIVEN

I dropped off a parcel yesterday early for overnight delivery to my mom in Port Shepstone. I paid a whopping R750 but as it was going to be there today I had to pay it as my mom needed the parcel. Then get a call in the morning to say I must pay an additional R175 as the measurements of the box was not correct - this was THEIR OWN STD BOX!

Well I was extremely disappointed to hear from my mom who was patiently waiting for this parcel that as of 7pm the parcel had not arrived . This after they confirmed yesterday and this morning that she will definitely get it today. Upon phoning the call centre I was told the parcel is in Port Shepstone depot but overnight can be 1. - 2 days!! Totally unacceptable as I was not told this and after paying R750 expect better service.
