Disgusting Service and Logistics

This company is a complete nightmare and has no idea about logistics. Complain about drivers and they show up to intimidate you for demanding a paid-for service.

Parcels shipped from JHB go to Knysna before coming back to Wilderness - "overnight" is now a 2 to 3 process but charged at the premium service.
