Disgusting service and damage to content of parcel

If I could give a 0, I would. They damaged my stock and refuses to take responsibility. I now have R2600 worth of damaged stock that I can't do anything about. I would like to know how I can have this investigated and reported. They come with the ******* about their terms and conditions. They claim it is my supplier but once they collected my stock, and damaged the box the content leaked acid. They did not have the decency to let me know. Once I enquired where by stock was, I was informed that it was damaged. They claim it was how my supplier packed it which is bull.
