Disgusting service and attitude

<p>I have an account that I have used in the past without a hitch. Recently sent a parcel that consisted of 9 items. I was told I could put 1/9, 2/9 etc on each parcel and would only be charged once. They charged me 9 times the ****bags and when I queried it they were incredibly rude. Im horrified.</p>
