Disgusting service

I get an sms this morning that the courier guy will be delivering my parcel. At 9:48 i get an sms that the driver is 5mins away so i wait for the “5mins” and Hour later i get an update that there is a failed attempt because i did not answer. This is total BS! No driver came we even have cameras to prove that. No one bothered calling me. I guess the driver is going to ***** my package like they always do.
