Disgusting Service

<p>I used a company to fix the broken screen on my phone. They used The Courier Guy to come and collect my broken phone from me. The phone company never received my phone from The Courier Guy. They first told me that it went missing, and only after many phone calls and frustration from me it was discovered that the driver stole my phone. The Courier Guy didn't seem fussed or in a rush to get my phone back. Once they recovered my phone from the driver they assured me that it would be delivered at 08:30 the next day. It was only delivered at 12:50. The entire time during this ordeal they refused to take responsibility for my missing phone and neither did they apologise to me for what had happened. Do not use this courier as they lack compassion and they have no ethics</p>
