Disgusting service

I have had the disgusting customer services from a guy called Darkie (Workshop Manger nogal,) he is disgusting and has no customer service what so ever. I have been talking to over 15 people trying to get the parcel to me and I have been taken from pillar to post . Ruan Jones seems to know what he is doing the and the rest is a disaster. The lies told by the agent is unbearable. If you want to loose your parcels please go ahead and use this Courier Company, rest assured it will be LOST
