This is now the third time, different occasions that courier guy does not pick up orders and then lies to say that the parcels were not ready. You guys actually disgusting and immoral. If I was not there to see that the parcels were ready by 11 and you guys lie to say the parcels were not ready at 16:50. I would have fired an innocent employee.
