Disgusting rude agent on Courier Guy WhatsApp platform

I'm an absolutely shocked at some useless rude agent on WhatsApp. I wanted to know what is going on with an order I placed. They tell me they can't confirm the time, but it will be Monday the 22nd which I proceeded to tell that it's showing on the seller's side that it's confirmed, but on my side there's no shipment. To which they responded in capital letters. I CANNOT CONFIRM, BT IT IS ASSIGNED FOR COLELCTION. Is that the way to talk to your customers? Whoever you are you disgusting rude agent I hope you get sacked. You useless piece of junk. You had no right to shout at me. I'm trying to find out about the parcel. And spell but properly. It's not bt you stupid dumb idiot. I was just praising Pudo and the Courier guy for fast delivery on the sellers on Yaga the other day but now this agent messed everything up and I'm not happy. Do that again whoever you are and I'll make sure you get sacked. Disgusting.
