Disgusting!! Never use them

After tracing my parcel, I note the their tracking system showing parcel delivered. I phoned The Courier Guy customer service 12 times. First time I am told that the parcel was handed to my receptionist. I tell them I have no receptionist. Ohh they will put me through to operational message, I get cut off. Second time, different customer service operator, I am told it was given to Prince. I dont have a Prince working at our premises. Phone again and eventually go through to operational manager, get same answer from him that parcel was delivered and Prince took delivery. I then access our CCTV system and note the courier guy driving past our unit at the time they say delivery was done. I phone back and explain I have footage that courier guy never delivered the parcel as I am advised. Only then do they contact driver and ask him to come back and sort out my delivery. I wait for the driver till 6pm but no one shows up. I decide to go and ask around our complex about a courier guy delivery. I eventually find my package 26 units away. To date no driver and no response from THE COURIER GUYS. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Never use them
