Disgusting lack of service

1 star doesn’t even cut it, I came on here to give credit to a lady who assisted me with an issue from the courier guy last week, I did so because in all the years of working with this company, it was my first time encountering such service and believed it required a review which I did, today is a different story. I honestly can’t believe this is service delivery company because it lacks everything that it’s about. I have parcels that have gone to the wrong city and delivered to the wrong client and I’ve been having one way conversations with myself on email because no one cares to assist. I’ve never been so disgusted with a company more than I am now. The courier guy is hell to work with, their agents? Have no clue what they’re doing and so do their managers! Pure and utter incompetence!!!
