Disgusting! Dont use Courier guy!!

Absolutely shocking service from The Courier Guy.

My parcel arrived visibly tampered with, crushed open, with broken security tape and items missing from inside the box. There is absolutely no excuse for a parcel to arrive in this condition.

Customers hand over their property expecting it to arrive safely — not ripped open and missing contents. The packaging integrity was completely compromised while the parcel was under the courier company’s control.

What makes this even more frustrating is that courier companies often try to hide behind terms and conditions relating to “loss” or “damage,” but no company should think that broken-open parcels and missing items are acceptable business practice.

I have photographic evidence of the damaged parcel, the broken tamper tape, and the missing contents. A full investigation should be conducted immediately.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I would strongly advise customers to think twice before trusting valuable items with them.
