Disgusting company The Courier Guy BEWARE

I recently wrote a 5 star review about this company now I have changed to 1 star, I sent a small parcel from Durban to Randfontien paid the requested amount for overnight delivery and then it started I called them 5 days later asking what had happened (I was 28th in the queue on the phone) the gut assured me that there was some king of error the parcel could not be delivered but would be the next day I called again 4 days later (26th in the queue) and asked again to cut this short it took 9 days (10 including the collection day) for them to deliver an overnight parcel I reported this 12 days ago and got a reply stating it is being dealt will but I have heard nothing since then, if this is their kind of "service" then I wont bother using it again and advise anyone reading this to please be aware if you intend to use them as they dont give a damn
