Disgusting and unprofessional service

Good day.

Courier guy are supposed to collect broken items from makro since last year. Last year I received a call from a driver who pretended to be lost and went to Elliot instead of Cala, he promised to come collect the items following day. Following day he calls and tells me because my address is rural, he’ll need to ask permission to come pick up the items and he never called since from then, mind you it’s still the same courier guy who delivered these items now they having an issue to come collect.

This year I was promised that items will be collected Friday last week, we are approaching another Friday and another month without these items collected, no call or whatsoever from either Makro or Courier guy.

3 months trying to return items, y’all are just pathetic and unprofessional people. The amount of resources I have used to get these items collected is just beyond.

This is disgusting to say the least
