Disgusted - Worst service

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely disgusted in the service received from them the past two weeks after using them for almost a year. I have lost all faith in them.

After multiple fights the past few days I still can't get answers as to when my parcel will be delivered. They decided to do a detour from JHB TO CPT and stopped first in PE without notifying us as the customer that there will be a delay.

The consultants really have a no care attitude - absolutely useless to speak to them and to try and get them to help.

This has been the worst experience and I will not recommend anyone to use The Courier Guy.
