Disgusted Service

What a horrible service i got from the Rustenburg Branch. They cannot follow simple instructions when collecting or delevering parcels , the hand my parcel to a total stranger , how does this people operate? and don't even call as requested , then the driver came and scream atmy wife and slam the door shut while she was asking why don't you follow the delevery instructions? The manager is not helpfull as he doen't even know what is going on in the company or the drivers.It seems they get personal /disrecpetfull with clients when they make mistakes. Pathetic to say the least. Won't recommend them att all. Useless and careless.
