DISGUSTED SERVICE

Never thought I will be writing a bad review on The Courier Guy.

Their so called "call centre agents" have got NO CLUE how to deal with customers, especially if THEY are in the wrong, trying to make it that YOU as the customer are in the wrong. They have NO CLUE what the word OVERNIGHT means.

Being a customer since they basically opened their doors, it seems that they have grown into a large corporation who just don't care. Well, there are other alternatives and companies. I would rather pay more for better service. Closing my account.
