Disgusted and Devastated Client

We recently used XOC to have an air hockey table collected from Krugersdorp, and delivered to Mooi River. When the table arrived it had a HUGE hole in it and was faced towards a hedge so that we could not see it was damaged, until we carried it inside and turned it over. i am APPALLED by this and the damaged caused. They have told us - after nearly 2 weeks of emails and phone calls - that our claim has been denied due to insufficient packaging, and that it says on their website they don't deliver furniture! I am devastated and cannot believe they will not accept our Claim. This was a birthday present and is now ruined beyond repair!!
