The Courier Guy Hatfield... Worst service ever . So after all these years in the courier industry the only way you can track a parcel is only through the waybill number???? Yet you populate your system with so much information before sending out a package? your system is unable to pick up deliveries sent out to various parts of SA, even when provided with the information of time and date? So if I lose my waybill slip I'm *****ed? Funny part is your consultants are so proud in saying they cannot assist? Cherry on top is, a truck only comes out on Monday's to pick up deliveries? so heaven forbid you are sending out a package on a Wednesday , your clients must look at receiving it the following week if ever. The level of service is shocking. would not recommend you to anybody to use your services.
