Disguisted

Super disgusted. They called me about a parcel to send back. And the signal on the phone when missing so i couldnt hear the woman speak. As soon as i could hear her again she started screaming at me to give her the waybill number. It not my fault the signal is bad. And you NEVER scream at a client. Such a disgrace.
