Disgruntled by Charges Adjustments

The one star is just so that I'll be able to type , otherwise they don't deserve it. As a recipient, I'm being charged because the measurements initially quoted differ from the actual size. I've paid R350 already for this delivery from Jhb to DUR, now I'm being asked to add R465.00 (which was changed to R350.00 on the 2nd email) . Aebo...Is it coming with Flysafair?!
