Disgraceful, time wasting company. Service paid for is not service provided

I would not even give them a star if it was possible. I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by The Courier Guy. I opted for their overnight delivery service, expecting my package to arrive promptly the next day. However, not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also provided false information about attempted contact.

Despite receiving an SMS stating that my package was out for delivery, I wasted an entire day waiting for it, only to find out later that it was returned to the hub due to alleged lack of access. When I contacted customer service, not only was the call abruptly ended while I was on hold, but they also had the audacity to claim that the delivery driver attempted to contact me – a blatant lie as no such attempt was made.

Furthermore, the lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I provided my primary contact number, yet they failed to use it for any attempted contact. This delay in delivery has caused me immense frustration, as I specifically chose the overnight delivery service for its reliability and speed.

I strongly advise against using The Courier Guy for any delivery needs. Their incompetence, false claims, and lack of accountability make them unworthy of any trust or business. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable and reliable courier service.
