Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!

As recipients of a livestock parcel which HAS to be delivered in 24hours I paid for overnight transportation, after phoning several branches and finally getting through to the correct department, I was informed that due to the parcel being region to region they do not do overnight and that it would take 48-72 hours for delivery. This is completely unacceptable as I have couriered region to region before in a 24 hour period!!!!!!! Also interesting how they take your money over the counter for an overnight delivery knowing it will only be couriered as normal!!!!!!!!!
