I reserved a locker for a parcel from Fauresmith to Pretoria. When the parcel was to be delivered they notified me that the locker was full. Three days later and still no joy. How can pudo send a parcel to an occupied locker? Something is wrong at Pudo to the detriment of the clients. Will Pudo compensate my loss? MY no is LOCK***.
