Disgrace

The most disgusting service ever recieved, call after call complaint after complaint not even as much a a courtesy call. We paid a small fortune for our children's text books, they arrived soaking wet and damaged. Cannot get hold of anyone or a response apart from operations is dealing with it. Beyond livid, Courier Guy service is a disgrace!!!
