Disaster and disgrace service

Dissapointment and unprofessional service from this company trusted them for packaging all the way from George, WC to Gauteg. Firstly the couried at the wrong place, had to fetch package from Lenasia south, and items were not in good condition. Second package i had to make arrangement to receive it near by, and it was a dissaster to receive my packaging broken and mishandled. Courier guy reception lady Marinah from George had guards to tell me that "unfortunately there is nothing they can do and it was at my own risk if the packaging is damaged and they cant cover damaged. Service poor than the poorest.
