Disappointing service of late. No Resolve, Product Loss

Two really ridiculous incidents in the past month. We have been using your services in the past few years and have always received good service but we have had a few small incidents recently and now these two incidents. Our collection guy is such a pleasure to deal with but then all falls down thereafter. Highly frustrating and still don't have a resolve on the last issue and still waiting for feedback.
