Disappointing service! Frustration overload with TCG

I am appalled at the service with The Courier Guy! I have had an account for a while, but looking at finding another company!

Firstly: I have had multiple mistakes on my invoicing and accounts! Which I find ridiculous! Secondly, the driver never calls to inform you he is at the security complex' gate! Which mean parcels are not delivered/collected on time. This is seriously bad for business! Additionally, the OPS manager NEVER answers his phone.

The call center has put the phone down on me multiple times.

Honestly, better off looking for another company!
