Disappointing service experience

Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service by Pudo - The Courier Guy Parcel Lockers. Parcel dropped on 20 March in Durbanville for delivery in Mossel Bay, the status still reflects "At Hub" (18 days later). Trying desperately to engage The Courier Guy through their WhatsApp support number, to no avail. No response, no answers.
