Disappointing Service Delivery

I sent a parcel to Pietermaritzburg from Newcastle on overnight. DURBAN botched it up completely. Someone can't read or obviously isn't supervised. The parcel was sent to Richards Bay, sent back to Durban and after 13 hours (80 km) eventually made it to Pietermaritzburg. Now the question? When will it be delivered. Time now 13h25 on a Saturday. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
