DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I booked a collection on the 25th March 2026. Till now the parcel has not been collected after advising them that the Law Firm in Kathu closes at 14:00 everyday so the driver needs to collect earlier. Today, I tried calling the Courier Guy Kathu branch, I tried three times for it to ring then it goes dead. This service is disappointing.
