Disappointing Service by Richards Bay Courier Guy

Very disappointed with The Courier Guy in Richards Bay. I requested the collection of an urgent package from Durban to Richards Bay (Basically 90 minutes drive). I was informed that I can collect my parcel the next day (A Saturday) before they close @ 11h00. When arriving there I was informed that I can only get my parcel on the Monday, they did not have time to unload the van. I wanted to use a courier that could guarantee the next day but settled for The Courier Guy whom I always supported but was very disappointed. Could have used another Courier and have the parcel on time., but instead lost a customer due to my parcel not arriving on time.
