Disappointing service

I've have never heard of anything so absurd in my life, ordered something from Shein, paid delivery, gave my address, i have had many packages delivered to the exact address with no issue, suddenly the driver cant find the house, i sent him the location and a picture of the house, the driver then called me to tell me he's waiting at shoprite in Devland, and that he will not be delivering my package at my house, I need to come and get the package from him at the shoprite.
