Disappointing service

Have always been impressed with the Courier Guys service, but alas no longer. Al I want is a quotation to send an item abroad. Somehow they can not get it right. Emails get sent to and fro with nothing being resolved and I clearly indicated that it is URGENT. It is now 15h12 and still no quotation

Very disappointed

No wonder people are walking over to Postnet - a lady from a Postnet branch could make the effort to call me not once but 3 times and give me a quote plus a eta. Just comes to show
