Disappointing service

I have been calling several times to get feedback about when my parcel will be collected. Yesterday I spoke to Felicia in the East London branch and asked her to make a note on the system that the parcel must please be collected 1st thing tomorrow morning as the company they are collecting from will be closing early. That was not done. Further more, I have spoken to Andrew in the East London branch to check for me how far the driver is , he took my number and said he’l get back to me. 3 hours later he hasn’t, when I call and being transferred to the truck operator, my call gets declined. What a disappointing service.
