Disappointing, pathetic service

I received a text message from The Courier guy today at 7:19 am that they will deliver today but the time is 18:13 and still haven't received my order yet I had to go somewhere during the day and I couldnt .I called three times, three times, the 1st lady told me she called the driver and the driver said he's 10 minutes away I called after 45minutes the next guy told me that the driver told him that he's still coming, I called the third time and I was told the driver says he's got lot of orders but he'll definitely be at my house 17:30 I waited again and Boom I called again and nobody answered I called again shortly after 6 and contact centre was closed yet the automated IVR systems are from 6am till 7pm yet the contact was already closed. What a disappointing service. My order is not in my possession yet I spent R100 on calls. Everyone lying to me. I'm very angry too
