Disappointing Online Support Experience

I had ordered a parcel on a wednesday while opting for the OVERNIGHT deal. It should have arrived either Thurs or Fri. After making the purchase, I noticed that the delivery address was not appearing so I emailed Support to have them change it. Khanyisani Memela promised to change it within that very day BUT never did.

It was only on Friday when I was expecting my delivery that I got a call from the drivers saying that they are unable to locate me. I was surprised because I had done so but it never reflected. It was only when I wrote a second email complaining about my service that it was logged in but that meant I now had to wait MORE DAYS to get my parcel.

To date (the following Monday), I have not received my parcel and I am promised to get it on Tuesday. A whole 7 days from when I made the order of OVN.
