Disappointing

We've been using the Courier guy for a while, without too many issues. But on the 25th of November they collected a parcel bound for Empangeni. They have not delivered the parcel, but uploaded an incorrect POD to their site. We've emailed them multiple times and they cannot sort this out. And phoning them to try speak to an actual human is impossible as the phone just rings and rings. Very very disappointed in their lack of service.
