Disappointing Courier Guy

Although they give various phone numbers to use in the case of a query.... it really does not help if no one mans the phones. The support e mail address is even worse and after asking many queries there is no reply. If a company does not have the back up or support to help with urgent problems, I don't see the point of using them. Most disappointing ( after 5 days still waiting)
