Disappointed with the Service

I have been waiting for my courier from Klerksdorp to Bethal to arrive since Thursday, been calling every number of the company with no one being able to help regarding where my parcel is. It says the parcel is in the vehicle to Secunda since 20 May, today is the 22nd May and still no joy, response or update regarding the parcel. The parcel was picked up on Tuesday at 10am, left Klerksdorp at 6:30pm, arrived in Johannesburg at 10:30pm all on the 19th May, then 20th May loaded at 4:30pm to Secunda and that’s the last update. I am really dissatisfied with the service and unhelpful staff at The Courier Guy.
