Disappointed I want my parcel delivered

I'm literally annoyed and disappointed at how you handle deliveries firstly let me give you my tracking number LD-ACH595 of which my parcel is now being returned I have not received any communication via WhatsApp what's so ever on the number *** . I have not received any calls via *** NOBODY HAS CALLED TO SAY MY PARCEL IS AT THE GATE. You lie to the sender saying that you have been trying to contact me of which is not true. I am ****ed I want my package you guys fail on contacting the recipient. Sort my parcel out. I now have to do your job of which I don't even work for you guys. I'm disappointed and disgusted at how you guys lie and now you have the nerve to make me run around for my package. Sort yourselves out I have sent emails and I'm being given the hand. Sort it out.
