Disappointed

I've recently employed the services of The Courier Guy, for my parcel from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The parcel was delivered in record time, however I'm disappointed in their negligence after having made clear instructions of the fragility of my parcel, which was thoroughly wrapped and with caution signs of fragility/frangible or common damage.

I'm utterly disgusted with their service, the complaint I lodged has not been responded too and I'm still awaiting their response.
