Disappointed
My parcel was returned to the hub 2x cause their lockers are full here in King Williams Town and I asked them why they do not call the client when they see their lockers are full, now I have to suffer cause I could've came and fetched my parcel, I am so disappointed and this is the 2nd time I'm experiencing this. Joys of choosing cheap stuff

My parcel was returned again yesterday, no call from the driver☹️at this point I so wish they can just return my parcel from where they got it and look for another courier
