disappointed customer

i refer to reference number - ***4 and parcel tracking number - LL-UTGGBD . i depostted my parcel at around 7.30 am on Saturday 27 Sept 2025 fully expecting it to collected on the same day, today on Sunday 28th i see it was not collected , so i sent a whatsapp message to them , they took over 30 minutes to respond to me, in their response the said that they 'dont usually" collect on a saturday and if wanted it collected on a saturday i should have "marked it for saturday collection" , the person sent a reff number and then didnt bother to respond afterwards,

my problem here is that i have been using the pudo service for over 3 years, NEVER EVER have i ever been asked or seen an option to mark as saturday collection . becuase their website should have had a pop up stating that your parcel will not be collected today. i am truley disapppointed witf the customer service from courier guy, they run all these silly ads stating that they would love to handle your package but once you send a package with them and have a problem then they dont even care , they dont respond to my whatsapp , absolutly pathetic customer service.
